Twelve years ago I started as a Project Accounting analyst at Oracle. Today I run the operations behind a partner ecosystem used by twenty thousand companies.
I work in the middle layer, between sales strategy and day-to-day execution, between humans and the tools that quietly run the business. The wins I'm proudest of look small from the top. A four-day cycle becomes one. A four-step approval becomes one. Enormous from the floor.
Right now I'm building the AI-era version of that middle layer: leading Gen Chat AI adoption across Partner Support, with guardrails that keep us honest. The goal isn't to remove people. It's to make the next program ship faster than the last.
